Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • It is in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or sprayed perfumes

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products without original packaging


Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or a video as proof.
We may offer:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)


How to Request

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • Details of the issue

  • Photos/videos (if needed)

Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from our side, we cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is based on customer preference, the customer pays the shipping fees.


Refunds

Cash refunds are not provided, except in exceptional cases.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
